STATEMENT ON MODERN SLAVERY
INTRODUCTION AND OVERVIEW
The Hat Trick group of companies (the “Group”/”we”/”our”) comprises Hat Trick Productions; Plum Pictures; Livewire Pictures; and HTM Television.
GOOD, SERVICES AND SUPPLY
The Group takes its responsibility to society seriously and has a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships, and to ensure modern slavery is not taking place anywhere in our own business, or in any of our supply chains.
The Group prohibits modern slavery, forced labour and human trafficking in any form in our operations and in our supply chain. The Group will not source from companies that cannot give absolute assurance that there is not slavery in their supply chain.
The Group undertakes to comply with provisions that have come into force through the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and we believe our current diligence procedures are sufficient in this regard.
The Group has a Modern Slavery Policy which applies to all persons working for us, or on our behalf, in any capacity, including employees at all levels, directors, agency workers, casual and freelance staff.
The policy confirms our commitment to ensuring there is supply chain transparency with regard to modern slavery and human trafficking and that we expect all suppliers of goods and services to us will hold their own suppliers to the same standard.
